As well as providing information and demonstrations on how to begin running with your dog, DogFit are sponsoring the Half marathon, 10K and 5K canicross classes.
The Surrey Hills Challenge is one of the biggest sporting challenges in Surrey. One day, six walking or running events with six distances for people of all ages and fitness. All routes encompass some of the most picturesque views across the Surrey Hills along the Greensand Way and are designed to test participant’s stamina and strength.
*NEW* this year to the Challenge is the introduction of the Surrey Hills Festival of Sport which incorporates the finishers Event Village. The festival is a free entry event at Denbies Wine Estate, Dorking, where participants and spectators can see and experience all the fun and sports available in the Surrey Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). DogFit will have our marquee there and be on hand with help and advice as well as our full range of canicross kit.
This promises to be a fantastic day out for all the family with something for everyone. The event is to raise funds for the Surrey Hills Trust Fund.*
Full details of how to enter can be found on the Surrey Hills Challenge website: www.surreyhillschallenge.com
